Theresa Villaflor Katipunan, age 38, of Mandaluyong City passed away on April 25, 1994. Theresa was born on October 17, 1955, to Mrs. Elsa Villaflor Carrasco and Mr. Armando Katipunan.

The cremains of the deceased was inurned at St. Thérèse Columbarium on December 7, 2023.
