Romeo Lazo Vizcarra, age 85, of Santa Rosa City passed away on June 26, 2022. Romeo was born on September 5, 1936, to Mrs. Remegia L Vizcarra and Mr. Laureano T Vizcarra.

The cremains of the deceased was inurned at St. Thérèse Columbarium on April 18, 2023.
