Ma. Melodie Jose Panaguiton, age 58, of Pasay City passed away on January 24, 2021. Ma. Melodie was born on June 1, 1962, to Mrs. Glora S. Jose and Mr. Santos A. Jose.

The cremains of the deceased was inurned at St. Thérèse Columbarium on February 14, 2023.
