Lazara O. Fortaleza, age 80, of Pasay City passed away on August 18, 2012. Lazara was born on December 17, 1931, to Mrs. Maria Dandoy and Mr. Jose Octaviano.

The cremains of the deceased was inurned at St. Thérèse Columbarium on May 24, 2023.
