Jeremiah Santos Baconawa, age 21, of Manila passed away on March 8, 2015. Jeremiah was born on March 1, 1994, to Mrs. Dulce and Mr. Efren .

The cremains of the deceased was inurned at St. Thérèse Columbarium on March 14, 2015.
