Evelyn Bohol Custodio, age 67, of Makati City passed away on November 6, 2014. Evelyn was born on July 10, 1947, to Mrs. Ambrosia Rivera Villajin and Mr. Ernesto Dequina Bohol.
The cremains of the deceased was inurned at St. Thérèse Columbarium on August 8, 2023.
