Elma Nevado Laya, age 47, of Pasay City passed away on October 16, 2023. Elma was born on July 15, 1976, to Mrs. Felicitacion N. Laya and Mr. Elpidio A. Laya.
The cremains of the deceased was inurned at St. Thérèse Columbarium on November 24, 2023.
