Elfren Pacis Refuerzo, age 69, of Sta. Maria, Ilocos Sur passed away on January 19, 2023. Elfren was born on July 26, 1953, to Mrs. Concepcion Pacis and Mr. Constante Refuerzo.

The cremains of the deceased was inurned at St. Thérèse Columbarium on April 2, 2023.
