Carlos Tabalon Manolo, age 68, of Santa Rosa City passed away on September 24, 2022. Carlos was born on February 18, 1954, to Mrs. Leticia Tabalon Manalo and Mr. Rodolfo Manalo.
The cremains of the deceased was inurned at St. Thérèse Columbarium on March 11, 2023.
