Carlos Romulo Nazario Ruiz, age 73, of Taguig City passed away on November 25, 2020. Carlos Romulo was born on February 10, 1947, to Mrs. Epifania Ruiz and Mr. Carlos Perey Ruiz.
The cremains of the deceased was inurned at St. Thérèse Columbarium on February 10, 2023.
