HOW TO PAY YOUR MONTHLY AMORTIZATIONS ONLINE & Over-The-Counter

For your convenience, you may settle your monthly amortization for your St. Therese Columbarium Vault through any of our authorized payment facilities.
Select your preferred payment option and simply follow the steps outlined below.

Log-in to your BDO mobile App

source account for the payment.

Review the details, confirm, and authorize the payment using your PIN.

Visit any BDO Branch near you for Over-the-Counter (OTC) transactions.

Please fill out the transaction slip for Teller’s Machine validation using the following details:
Biller: St. Therese Columbarium
Subscriber’s Name: Vault Owner’s Name
Reference No.: Vault Location
Note: Maximum of 20 alphanumeric characters, with no spaces.

STEP 3:
Proceed to the Teller to process the transaction. The Teller will provide the validated transaction slip as proof of payment.

Take a photo of your validated transaction slip and fill out the form.
