Cesar Serrano Cugas, age 72, of Manila City passed away on July 5, 2008. Cesar was born on February 10, 1936, to Mrs. Fermina Serrano and Mr. Luis Cugas.

The cremains of the deceased was inurned at St. Thérèse Columbarium on April 21, 2024.
