The time slots allotted for weddings are 10 AM and 3 PM.

You may call the Shrine office at (632) 8543024 for reservations. Online reservations are not accepted at this time.

The Shrine Office also accepts pencil booking for three (3) days. Beyond that, an official reservation has to be made.

Upon reservation, 50% down payment is required. basement parking slots are also conveniently available to the Shrine and Columbarium visitors.

1. Use of the Shrine for 1.5 hours with air conditioning

4. Soloist and pianist

  1. Wedding Banns (1 month before the wedding date)
2. Baptismal Certificate (issued no later than 6 months before the wedding, and with the note "For the purpose of Marriage")
3. Confirmation Certificate (issued no later than 6 months before the wedding, and with the note "For the purpose of Marriage")
4. Canonical Interview - to be scheduled at the Shrine Office
5. Pre-Cana seminar Certificate of Attendance
6. Marriage License (issued no later than 120 days or 4 months before the wedding date)

FYI:

The Shrine also has an accredited flower shop, CASA FIORE MANILA (CFM), which caters to weddings, entourages, receptions, events and other floral needs.

CFM has another branch at the St. Alphonsus Parish in Magallanes Village, Makati City.
